Our team reviews condition, location, size and current inventory needs.

Schedule Pickup

If accepted, we contact you to arrange an available pickup window.

Step 4

Prepare Items

Empty, clean and place accepted items where our pickup team can safely access them.

  • Stained, torn, moldy or smoke-damaged goods
  • Upholstery with odors, pests or pet damage
  • Mattresses, box springs or sleeper sofas
  • Cribs, car seats, high chairs or recalled baby gear
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals or opened paint
  • Used medical or personal-care equipment
  • Weapons, ammunition or illegal items
  • CRT televisions, tube monitors or obsolete electronics
  • Large entertainment centers, pianos or organs
  • Unframed glass or mirrors
  • Encyclopedias, textbooks, VHS or cassette tapes
